Common questions

The link didn’t work. Some posts are private or region-locked. Save the video to Photos (or screen-record it), then share the file to Spoonsnap.

“No recipe found.” Spoonsnap needs a video, photo or page that actually shows how to make a dish. Mukbangs, restaurant reviews and ads don’t have a recipe in them.

An amount looks off. When a creator doesn’t say a quantity, Spoonsnap estimates it and marks it as a guess. You can ask the chef about any step.

How do I cancel Spoonsnap Pro? In iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.

How do I restore my purchase? Open the Pro screen and tap Restore.

How do I delete my data? Delete a recipe from its menu, or contact us to erase everything.

For creators

Spoonsnap keeps your name and a link to your post on every recipe saved from it. If you’d like a recipe of yours removed, contact us with the post link and we’ll act on it promptly.
